Note from the Roaster
This washed Honduran coffee offers a clean and beautifully layered cup. It opens with the bright refreshing character of a crisp citrus acidity. As the cup develops, notes of cocoa powder create depth, while the graham cracker adds soft sweetness and a toasted character. The black tea finish brings a refined depth to the cup and creating a balanced, elegant experience from beginning to end. Overall, this coffee is very complex between it's mouth feel to the acidity and overall sweetness.

Roast Recommendations

  • Light Roast: Highlights the bright lemon and lime acidity while preserving the delicate black tea character and clean, expressive profile.

  • Medium Roast: Brings forward the comforting notes of cocoa powder and graham cracker, while maintaining the coffee's bright acidity and light body.

  • Dark Roast: Deepens the cocoa powder and graham cracker characteristics into a richer profile while softening the bright citrus acidity.
